How near are you to the centre of Kas?
Our location, at the end of the Kas peninsula offers our guests quiet relaxation and is 5km from the centre of Kas. There is easy access to the bustling centre of Kas, with its harbour, town square, shops and restaurants via taxi, or the local bus service – Dolmus. The Dolmus which runs every 30 minutes to 1 hour (depending on the season) from the top of the road to the hotel – please note that this road is quite steep. The Dolmus costs 2.5TL per head, per trip and runs from early morning (good for the Friday market), to midnight.
We have a hire car – can you provide directions and is there parking space?
If you would like detailed directions to the hotel please email us. We have several parking spaces for visitor’s cars at any one time, and would only ask that if you are going out and leaving your car, that you leave us the keys just in case we need to move it.
Can you recommend any local attractions or activities?
Details of some of the most popular local sights and trips are on the Specials – local attractions – tab. They can be booked directly with the tour operator in Kas, or we are happy to book them for you. There is no handling/booking fee. We can also discuss and arrange any other activities or trip you are interested in, including visits to beaches, historic sites and PADI diving courses.
I don’t have a hire car – how do I get to and from the airport?
We have given details of all the nearest regional airports and transfer times on the Contact tab. To help take the strain out of travelling we can arrange a transfer to and from the airport. Please contact us for details.
How many staff do you have?
The number of staff varies during the season but on avaerage we have 14 staff in the hotel
Do you provide pool towels?
We provide complimentary towels for use by the pool or on the beach platform. Just collect them from reception in the morning and return them to the laundry basket at night for washing and cleaning.
Do you have room safes?
Each room has a small room safe (key based or digital), sufficient to secure passports, money, phones. iPods, wallets and small cameras. A £20/€20 refundable deposit is charged against each key to cover the event of any loss.
I need to weigh my suitcase – do you have any luggage scales?
We have a floor scale which guests can use – please ask at reception.
How often are the rooms cleaned?
All rooms are cleaned daily by our dedicated cleaning team, including mopping and sweeping floors, wiping down the shower and bathroom and making the bed. Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days, or more frequently if necessity dictates or at the client’s request.
Do you have enough sunloungers – I don’t want to get up at 6 in the morning to put out towels on sunbeds!!!
There are 2 sunloungers and one sun umbrella per room so there is plenty of space for everyone.
How big and deep is your pool?
Our freshwater swimming pool is 12m long and has ladder access at both ends. It is 1.25m deep in the shallow end and 1.65m at the deep end.
Do you provide half board or all inclusive rates?
Sorry, we only provide bed and breakfast. Our restaurant Manzara is open during the day for snacks and lunch, and in the evening for a la carte dinner service.
How do I settle my bill?
We accept cash (Euro, GBP, USD, TL), VISA or Mastercard (NOT American Express). Unfortunately we cannot accept Travellers Cheques.
